Synergize Aspirationz operates within the framework of the Children and Families Act 2014, Children and Social Work Act 2017, Children Homes Regulation 2015, Planning Transition to Adulthood for Care Leavers Regulations and Guidance 2010 and Every Child Matters initiative.
Here at Synergize Aspirationz we specialise in caring for young males aged between 12 and 18 and We are committed to supporting the young people who reside at SA, promoting equality, diversity and inclusion aiming to prevent discrimination, eliminate prejudice and encourage young people to develop the ability to understand, positively participate and appreciate our diverse society. Respect and consideration for individual views should be respected by every resident.
